Very friendly staff, room cleaned every day, excellent breakfast choice (mainly continental with some extras) and good coffee. The location is perfect as a base for sightseeing around Verona and close to some great places to eat. Good size room (double), and even though it is in the city centre, tucked away enough to be quiet at night. If we visit Verona again, this will be the place to stay.

The location is amazing. Right next to the Elbe piazza. The front desk staff could not have been nicer or more accommodating. They helped with dinner reservations (even we had to cancel one last minute), parking, and sightseeing. Also, our chosen small room was bigger than we anticipated it would be so that was nice.

Perfect location! Right in the heart of the city- between the most popular squares. Shirt walk to many restaurants and sites. Beautiful room- spacious. Wonderful buffet breakfast.

The location is perfect for exploring and also bar/restaurant hopping! The hotel was beautifully clean, the staff were helpful and the buffet breakfast excellent.

The location was excellent as were the rooms...very spacious, clean and comfortable, complete with a very good breakfast. About the location, it could not have been better, located on a quiet side street yet steps away from one of the main piazzas, full of restaurants, shopping and Juliette's home. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. What else to say, for me the Mazzanti is a real find I'd recommend for others without hesitation.

The location is great! If you forgot something you can just walk back and grab it, it's right in the center of all the historic buildings. The breakfast is great, meets all my needs for the first meal in a day. And the lady at the bar is very kind and willing to serve you anytime.
